Did amazing for most of a hockey team showing up without notice and being the only visible waiter working the whole restaurant. Positive and outgoing. Accommodated the whole group and was pleasant throughout.

We got stranded for the night due to a snow storm on our way to my parent’s house for Christmas in Alberta. I was feeling bummed! But as soon as we walked into Ricky’s Beau made our night. What an awesome guy! Seriously, thanks Beau for making us laugh and cheering us right up.

We been waiting for our breakfast for almost 1 hour, can you imagine!! Worst restaurant ever..this is our first time to eat here and never again.

Called in at 7:32pm after working 17hrs. Got ghosted on the first call. Called back she answered. What do you want? Classic waitress answer. Ordered. Got told 15min. 8:05pm. Received food after getting told 3 times every 5 mins that it's done, or the she's getting the bill. Drank full a Miller lite I walked in with because I knew it'd be a good wait.

First of all I waited 15 mins for staff at 2:30pm, had to find hotel staff to find someone to serve me. We ordered the eggs benny and a breakfast bowl. They never asked how we wanted our eggs for the Benny so we thought that was weird, but whatever. Then when they brought out the egg benny and they served me RAW EGGS, the whites were literally raw and we sent it back. When we got the bill they tried to charge us for the raw egg meal.the server was trying to convince me that the egg whites were cooked, I had to argue with them to get them to take the meal off the bill. I would not suggest this place at all.

Food was absolutely amazing and delicious, server was amazing with service and over the top professional. Feels like home everytime when I pass through for chow. Wouldn't trade it for the world.

Lou Ann is the reason we come to Ricky’s once a week! We love her and the food is amazing. She always is on top of things even when the whole restaurant is full of bus loads of people.
