Must say some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen in a subway. And truly made my sandwich exactly how I wanted. I can’t really say much. Just really great people. Thank you for all my little extras. I’m sure you’ll know who I am.

Stopped at Subway instead of the usual burger joints. I went into the washroom to wash my hands before ordering and watched a man exit the toilet stall walk straight behind the counter and start making sandwiches. No washing or even a rinse! I decided to skip lunch.

Awful service and dishonest staff. If there is an issue with your order, the staff claim the cost to refund your order will be garnished from their wages. If that is the case then this business should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I accidentally placed an order from their location while I was traveling. I was 2 hours far from their location. I called to explain the situation, and the staff was incredibly empathetic. The owner was also very understanding — they cancelled the order and issued a full refund without any hassle. Truly excellent customer service! I believe honesty is a powerful foundation for lasting success in business, and you all are a great example of that. Wishing you continued growth and success! 👍🏻

Informed them of a gluten allergy, they brushed it off, then proceeded to handle my gluten free sub with the same gloves she handled a gluten filled sub. No understanding of cross contamination.

Sandwich was tasty. Bathroom was broken and they ran out of meatballs, after a bit of chaos they got more. Soft drink machine was also broken!

I was passing through and I thought I would stop for a sandwich real quick. I walked in and the shop was extremely busy, when I went to the start of the line where they make your sandwich the girl who was greeting everyone and getting the bread ready for the sandwiches was extremely rude and gave attitude to not only me but every single person in line. The other employees seemed very stressed but all made an effort to be nice and get everything on the sandwiches right. Not only was I disappointed by the service but looking through the glass there was food all mixed together. (meat and veggies mostly) I am a huge subway fan so for me this experience was extremely disappointing.

The man that was on staff at 2:30pm on Monday, July 14 2025 cleaning the washroom was very unhygienic. He went between the kitchen and washroom with the same gloves multiple times, eventually coming back with a yellow liquid in a bucket. Didn’t know lemonade was on the menu. Nearly threw up. He was also refusing to let people use the washroom when all he had to clean was the urinal. If you want to “eat fresh,” I don’t recommend coming here.

I placed an online order on June 27 and had my dad pick it up for me. Despite showing confirmation that the order was already paid for and knowing that online orders can’t be placed without payment—the staff were too busy to check and insisted he pay again in person. When he questioned this, he was dismissed and told that if he wanted his order, he had to pay again. My dad is a truck driver who regularly drives this route, and English is not his first language, which made this experience even more frustrating. Since he was in a hurry, he had no choice but to pay again. I’ve left multiple voicemails trying to resolve this with no response whatsoever. The complete lack of support and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I would seriously think twice before placing an online order or going to this location again.
