The Small Axe is a small diner style restaurant that is jam-packed with personality! The eye-opening story behind their name is printed on their huge menus. We had the Sparta-choke Dip and the French Onion soup. Perfect for a stormy day. For drinks we had the Strawberry Lemonade and the Jessie Spano cocktail (Espresso Martini). For dessert we enjoyed their special cheesecake for the day and coffees.

Our server, Glen, was really inviting and knowledgeable about the menu! We appreciate the detail that has been put into curating all the décor, from the vintage video game machines to the neon signs on the wall. There are so many things to look at, you could be there all day! Definitely a great place to try if you're in Enderby!”

“I’ve been to many Subways in the past but this one definitely made it to my list of “Happy Vibe” places to dine in! Excellent synergy between the sandwich artists and courteous customer interaction. We had a weird old dood who wouldn't stop staring at the ladies I was dining with hence the 2 star atmosphere, mostly out of the staffs control but the customer changed seats a couple times, as did I to make sure my company was as comfortable as they could be.”
