“Kan Yon is a very cozy restaurant. I wasn't here when the place was alot bigger but they downsized the restaurant probably to focus on keeping the quality of food at a high level. The owner or manager Kevin is probably one of the nicest and kindest business owners in Hope, he is always willing to help out people in need. Great good and even greater Staff. My all time favorite place to eat in town. I eat here atleast 2-3 times a week if I can.“
