Inflation shows here. Portions have been downsized. Ordered my usual, and it's the first time, since 2008, that I was still hungry afterwards. The food, service, and atmosphere is still top notch, although could use more veggies in the yakisoba.

Stopped on our way back home to WA. This restaurant is a quaint little place off the beaten path. Service was very friendly. We had tempura and California rolls in a bento box meal, it was super delicious! Some people were dining outside, others were picking up takeout orders. The place clearly is very popular. Even though it’s a busy restaurant we were well taken care of. We’d love to return!

We enjoyed this small restaurant, the food was decent and the atmosphere was comfortable, however the karaage chicken we ordered was more like quality chicken balls than Japanese Karaage chicken. The meat was not marinated and the coating was exactly like chinese chicken balls, very light in colour, likely due to the missing marinade.
