Knocked it out of the park!!!! Thank you SO much to the team at DQ. It was chaos getting a cake ordered (on my end!) but ya’ll made it super easy even when I couldn’t get the darn photo to send! It was a hit, and absolutely PERFECT! I wasn’t expecting the portrait design, but as soon as I saw it I knew it was even better than the way I had pictured it in my head. Burgers are always great but there is a consistent issue with portions, especially with onion rings and fries, and it is frequently noted in these reviews. I suspect that this franchise will feel the pressure of the recent opening of McDonalds though DQ have far superior burgers.And to the owner or manager. Retrain your staff on blending milkshakes. They frequently turn them into ‘milk’……and add a potato to the fries portions…..no worse feelin than seeing a fry for every...read full review
