“Wife wanted Tim's, I wanted A&W. We both got our wish at the Valleyview location on the transcends just east of Kamloops. Two guys working the counter and drive through. I ate inside. These two young fellows were courteous, friendly, fast and fun to be served by. Had my rootbeer in the frosty mug in seconds and food delivered to my table with all the condiments in minutes. Food was hot and good and filling. Today was definitely a 10 out of 5 for these enthusiastic young fellows. Thank you A&W.!!!!!“

“I came here for gluten-free options and at first I was disappointed because it didn't look like there was much on the menu, but talking to the server it turns out some things can be made GF and they have a dedicated GF fryer, so I could have fries and wings (the curly fries are not GF).

The coffee is pretty weak, but fresh. I wouldn't say the food was overly flavourful, but it wasn't greasy and I was looking for some pub food and this hit the spot.

The servers were friendly and the lunch time atmosphere is great. They had an early 2000s playlist going, which was a nice change from the usual loud rock and rap. Nothing wrong with that, but soft rock/pop rock was nice mid-day.“

“Went through the drive thru around 3pm Sat. Oct 26. The service was exceptional. Polite drive thru attendant and very efficient. We had a large order and the order came organized, we'll put together and not squished or crammed in 1 bag. So impressed everything was tasty and warm, we asked for napkins, ketchup and sauces which were all in the bag. Super impressed! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick meal.“

“Ken is the absolute best server I have ever had in a restaurant EVER! He is so kind and attentive. We came recently and asked to sit in his section, but sadly it was full. Ken still checked on us a couple times even though he wasn't our server. The food is okay, but the service is what always brings us back!“
