We had an incredible experience at Sushi Valley! The place is small and cozy, but don’t let the size fool you—the food absolutely delivers.

The Red Bull Roll was a standout—bursting with bold flavor and a perfect balance of heat and crunch. The Crazy Boy Roll lived up to its name: deep-fried to perfection and packed with delicious layers of texture. I also tried the Spicy Chicken Karaage, which was juicy, crispy, and just the right amount of spicy. And if you’re a rice bowl fan, don’t miss the Spicy Donburi—rich, and savory.

On top of the amazing food, the hospitality here is next-level. The staff was warm, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish.

“We were really craving a good soup and not sure what we wanted. I had Jacob's as a saved place to try and so we gave it a go a couple days ago. We had the Seafood Nabe Udon and the Beef Udon. I'm not usually a Udon fan due to some not so good food from a couple places out of town, but this was DELICIOUS!! We will definitely be back for more, and to try a few more new things! 😊 I highly recommend checking them out and trying them for yourself.“

“I have been going to hatsuki sushi for yrs and tonight I went for my bday dinner with my daughters and my mom, the food was amazing the service was amazing and the improvements they have done are great. After dinner they brought a free dessert to share and brought me a cold beer as a gift and later their little boy (5-7) brought me a card he had made by himself and said happy birthday. They vibe and service was so great, their food is amazing and I recommend them 11/10. Thank u for a great night Hatsuki Sushi!!“

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nishino Sushi in the Westsyde! Not only is their sushi consistently amazing, but they went above and beyond for me and my pup. When I popped in to pick up my order, they didn’t even bat an eye at letting my dog in—just asked if she was a service dog and were so kind about it. That kind of welcoming vibe was incredible. Plus, they actually crafted a special roll just for me with exactly the ingredients I was craving. It was such a personal and delightful touch. This place never, ever disappoints.
