McDonald's in Kamloops

“The establishment was nice and clean with a friendly atmosphere and the staff was polite and good service. The food on the other hand I was nit so impressed opening my burger to find it squished and the toppings falling out from how the individual put it together with no care and then squished it after wrapping it.
I wanted to go back inside and ask for a manager, however the last time I had this problem and did address the issue with a manager. The issue was discarded, and the manager even disrespected me and did absolutely nothing to resolve my problem 😒“

“This McDonalds is very consistent. Been going here for years and can count on 1 hand the amount of times they've made a mistake or I've been dissatisfied with my order. It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting, and they deliver it everytime.“

“A good visit overall. Staff were politely abs friendly but also did forget a part of our order which was supposed to be brought to the table... but never was. Had to go remind them about the missing food. Busy place. The restaurant appeared clean-ish. Fountain drinks no longer self serve and blender drinks not available...

“HAD QUICK AND FRIENDLY SERVICE THIS TIME. STOPPED FOR BREAKFAST, A COUPLE OF EGG MCMUFFINS AND PANCAKES FOR MY GRANDSON. THE LAST TIME WE WERE HERE WAS IN NOVEMBER AND WE HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE, A LONG WAIT AND COLD FOOD. LEFT DISCUSTED AND UPSET. SENT A NOTE TO THE COMPLAINT DESK OF MCDONALDS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD PASS IT ON TO THE RESTAURANT?“

“Honestly I'm not sure why this one is lower rated vs average. I come here semi regular when I'm in town and they have been reliably consistent. Food is hot and provided quickly, coffee is hot and strong, they have quite a alot of parking and seating. Never had any bad experiences here. Keep up the reliable work!“
