On December 29th around 5:00 PM, I had an experience that truly stood out.
Right after receiving our food, I accidentally spilled it. We were with our child, and the situation wasn’t easy to handle. It was completely my mistake.
What impressed me was how the staff responded. The employee smiled, said it was totally okay, and immediately remade the food for us without hesitation or any sign of frustration. I felt extremely sorry, but also deeply grateful.
The staff’s attitude was exceptional. They treated it as if it was no big deal at all and were clearly considerate of the fact that we had a child with us.
Even though it was a busy time, they still showed patience, kindness, and understanding, which honestly surprised me in the best way.
