“Came by yesterday and a couple weeks or so before, and frequent times I’ve had the most pleasant experiences with Ellie, super sweet girl and so professional, she’s bright and always happy to help out in any way. I’ve seen how she treats her regulars or just any customer overall and I must say she is such a hard working and dedicated girl. Keep it up Ellie!“
“Five stars for the fries, golden and bright,
Crispy perfection in every bite. 🍟
The service was kind, the workers were sweet,
A truly poetic fast-food feat.
Hot fries, good vibes, and service divine,
McDonald’s, you really did make my night shine.
If happiness came in a paper bag,
This meal would be the one I’d gladly brag. ⭐🍟“
“I really wish they would bring the Train back. My children would absolutely love it. We sure did over a decade ago, and we didn't even have children then😉. But their menu options for children are really good just the same 👍. They cater birthday parties too.!, and that's a good thing when trying to entertain 15 kids🤗😉.“
“Outstanding customer service
On December 29th around 5:00 PM, I had an experience that truly stood out.
Right after receiving our food, I accidentally spilled it. We were with our child, and the situation wasn’t easy to handle. It was completely my mistake.
What impressed me was how the staff responded. The employee smiled, said it was totally okay, and immediately remade the food for us without hesitation or any sign of frustration. I felt extremely sorry, but also deeply grateful.
The staff’s attitude was exceptional. They treated it as if it was no big deal at all and were clearly considerate of the fact that we had a child with us.
Even though it was a busy time, they still showed patience, kindness, and understanding, which honestly surprised me in the best way.
Moments like this are what leave a lasting impression and remind you why great service matters.“
“This location is,without a doubt, the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The staff are kind and helpful and so quick it’s crazy. I’ve been coming for years, I never thought I’d find myself reviewing a McDonalds, but they’re just so sweet here.“
“Back again from vancouver 1 year almost to the day later.
The food was hot delicious and came in short order.
Our sever was an angel, which is a credit to kelowna Dennys, because a year ago the server was also perfect.
So 2 x and both times have been 10 out of 10.
Thanks so much.
I left a review a year ago and It was just as good ...that in its self tells you alot.
The turkey dinner i had was lovely.
The other 4 folks in our party were also satisfied.
I will return of that I'm sure.
Thanks .....roy“
