ordered 2 roast beef and cheddar sandwich meals, and twice had to go up for hot sleeves, and then they didn't cut our sandwiches. upon cutting, our lettuce was black and slimy, molding.
asked for new ones and they said they would remake them, but just continued making new orders. after 15 minutes asked for a refund.
have had bad experiences here before, drinks being messed up and food getting us sick in the past.
I would not recommend this tim hortons to anyone
Let me tell you a story about the bacon grilled cheese sandwich I ordered. It came fast enough but I should have been suspicious because when I went to eat it the cheese was completely unmelted. So I went back through the drive thru and asked them to redo it. They asked me to pull ahead and wait. 10 minutes later still no sandwich. I go back through the drive thru for a 3rd time. It still wasn't ready. So I finally get my sandwich. I check it and it appears to be fine so I leave....read full review
