Regarding 1301 Salish Rd, Kamloops, BC V2C 1K1. March 4 2024 at about 1730.I purcased my normal tea and it took longer then anticipated. Well waiting i watch a male accidentally knock a large amount of plastic cups out of the holder over the floor. The female picked up 2 cups and walked away. The male looked at me and then picked up the large stack up cups off the floor, that I estimated about a dozen and then put them back into the horizontal cup holder to serve to over costumers....read full review

We stopped at this location at approx 2:20 PM on December 31. Our order had missing/incorrect items, we brought this to the attention of the staff and were met with rolling eyes and rudeness.Missing from the order was 1 egg and cheese sandwich, and the smoky honey bacon bagel was delivered as just a regular bacon bagel.The staff member (Nametag started with a C, black hair, black eye shadow) handed me the bag, and in a rude tone said "Is this better?" before I could even open...read full review

I'm finding that your employees are not understanding the orders. Today I asked for a steep tea triple triple she's didn't get it so I said 3 sugar and 3 cream I got black tea not happy at all and this has been going on for some time. This place isn't the worst like on 8th street which alot of people have boycot that store.
