Ok, tru really outdid themselves. I contacted tims due to a wrong sized drink(partly on me for not realizing until I got to class) and jsut asked for the difference to be put back on the card and the retail manager contacted me, offering a completely free drink, (the value of wich was almost double). I've never had any issue with this location, theu have always been fantastic, fast, and efficient. Truly worth 5 stars. Go TRU!
I just bought the trick or treat bucket and i didn't receive the handler, i asked for it and they just told me they don't have it. Really??? Also they didn't have the cat black one
Although the wait is sometimes long, only due to it being an affordable place for students, there is one older lady clerk, her name escapes me, who is always the best to deal with. She always has the biggest genuine smile?
