“Wow. Coming back within the week! I had the triple Benny! And they let you get up to three different types of Benny’s. Wow! All three rocked! I had a spinach/avocado, a sundries tomatoes, and some beef one. Mouthgasm! And they don’t use garbage eggs! They use organic type eggs!!!“

“Such a lovely little (very little) tasty sushi restaurant! I order something new each time, and they are all great! The only downside is that there are only like 5 tables.
Very delicious but small, takeout recommended:)
Vegetarian options: They have vegetation options marked by the green leaf. (Lots of them)
Parking: Literally in the middle of a malls parking lot. So much.“

“We stopped in for breakfast Aug 9, 24 after reading many great reviews. Breakfast was amazing. The meat lovers omelet with a few added veggies was the best and the lil stack (2) pancake was too large for me but very good fluffy pancakes, I ordered bacon on the side and received a serious mound of the most delicious bacon I've ever had. The server, Michaela was very sweet. Great restaurant!“

“We were really craving a good soup and not sure what we wanted. I had Jacob's as a saved place to try and so we gave it a go a couple days ago. We had the Seafood Nabe Udon and the Beef Udon. I'm not usually a Udon fan due to some not so good food from a couple places out of town, but this was DELICIOUS!! We will definitely be back for more, and to try a few more new things! 😊 I highly recommend checking them out and trying them for yourself.“

“Always have the best food when I order Minos. They have great portions and I LOVE their seasonings and the lemon potatoes!!! Their rice is heavenly and I can’t get enough of their chicken and shrimp/ prawns. Just a great place to be! I wish I could order it everyday“

“Had the beef brisket birria special, flavourful, with a huge portion of meat. I totally loved it. My bff had the Mexican street corn nachos with brisket added, she said they are absolutely amazing. Great Mexican option in town. Fast and friendly service. We had a great cider too! Dakota was a friendly and attentive server. 10/10 all around :)“

“We had a family dinner on Saturday night during our one-day stay in Kamloops. It was unfortunate that they could not seat us in a booth. If you are with kids (a toddler in our case), you have to make yourself comfortable in a separate area with no booths (regular tables only). The service was good, nothing exceptional, just on point. The food was okay. We tried their favourite mac and cheese with pulled chicken and a beef stroganoff. Not too fancy, but the portions were big. Main dishes are in $25-30 price range (as of October 2024).“

“Food was great. Had a salad with chicken and it was cooked to perfection. Came in and dined alone, was expecting a more friendly and attentive server. One of the girls at the front realized I wasn’t being cared for, and Abbie (Abby? Abi?) gladly grabbed me cutlery, refilled my water as well as checked on how my food tasted, etc. without me having to ask. She did a lovely job of going above and beyond and kindly refused when I offered her a small tip saying it “wasn’t necessary”. I will definitely be coming again.“

“We just had an amazing lunch in this restaurant. Friendly staff and good food. I had the red curry with chicken and vegetables my husband Padthai. The host was super friendly and gave us advice about Kamloops gave us a map and showed us the murials. “It is kind of ugly on the outside, but very beautiful on the inside. Staff has an accent but the lady that served me was very kind and polite. Filled myself up for about 30$ with plenty of leftovers to boot. Did not experience upset stomach afterwards and will definitely be coming back here again.“

“This is an amazing breakfast spot! It's been around for so long and continues to be a delightful experience. My grandpa and I have been there on occasion, and he says it looks the same as it did 40 years ago when he first moved to Kamloops. Love the atmosphere and staff!

“Today was my first time visiting Frick & Frack. Unfortunately my friend could not make it so I was ready to turn around and leave but a lovely waitress was so welcoming and sweet I decided to go ahead and have a lunch by myself. I had a hunter schnitzel with Iron Road locomotive followed by New York cherry cheesecake with a blue raspberry Margarita. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious and the portions were truly generous. However the main highlight of my visit was the service. My waitress Daisy (the same wonderful lady that greeted me and kept checking on me) was absolutely delightful, very attentive and efficient. Her professionalism is fully matched by her knowledge of the menu and beautiful personality. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and plan of returning very soon. Thank you so much for making it an unforgettable experience, dear Daisy!“

“We finally found a Vietnamese restaurant the makes a proper spring roll!! My only regret is that we didn't order more. The vermicelli dishes are excellent and the service was excellent. Can't wait to try more on the menu. Our new go to place when we travel to Kamloops. 👍👍👍“
