We had an incredible experience at Sushi Valley! The place is small and cozy, but don’t let the size fool you—the food absolutely delivers.

The Red Bull Roll was a standout—bursting with bold flavor and a perfect balance of heat and crunch. The Crazy Boy Roll lived up to its name: deep-fried to perfection and packed with delicious layers of texture. I also tried the Spicy Chicken Karaage, which was juicy, crispy, and just the right amount of spicy. And if you’re a rice bowl fan, don’t miss the Spicy Donburi—rich, and savory.

On top of the amazing food, the hospitality here is next-level. The staff was warm, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish.

“Always have the best food when I order Minos. They have great portions and I LOVE their seasonings and the lemon potatoes!!! Their rice is heavenly and I can’t get enough of their chicken and shrimp/ prawns. Just a great place to be! I wish I could order it everyday“

“We were really craving a good soup and not sure what we wanted. I had Jacob's as a saved place to try and so we gave it a go a couple days ago. We had the Seafood Nabe Udon and the Beef Udon. I'm not usually a Udon fan due to some not so good food from a couple places out of town, but this was DELICIOUS!! We will definitely be back for more, and to try a few more new things! 😊 I highly recommend checking them out and trying them for yourself.“

“We stopped in for breakfast Aug 9, 24 after reading many great reviews. Breakfast was amazing. The meat lovers omelet with a few added veggies was the best and the lil stack (2) pancake was too large for me but very good fluffy pancakes, I ordered bacon on the side and received a serious mound of the most delicious bacon I've ever had. The server, Michaela was very sweet. Great restaurant!“

One of the girls at the front realized I wasn’t being cared for, and Abbie (Abby? “It is kind of ugly on the outside, but very beautiful on the inside. Staff has an accent but the lady that served me was very kind and polite. Filled myself up for about 30$ with plenty of leftovers to boot. Did not experience upset stomach afterwards and will definitely be coming back here again.“

“We finally found a Vietnamese restaurant the makes a proper spring roll!! My only regret is that we didn't order more. The vermicelli dishes are excellent and the service was excellent. Can't wait to try more on the menu. Our new go to place when we travel to Kamloops. 👍👍👍“

“I have been to this restaurant many times over the past year , but one server in particular really stands out. My family and I went for an early dinner and left incredibly happy. Destiny was our server and she said she was new , which took me by surprise because of how fantastic she was. She had fantastic menu knowledge a very bubbly happy personality and she was very polite. All 5 of us received our food with minimal wait and it arrived at the same time too. Destiny was quick , attentive and very easy to talk to. I hope we see her the next time we go to Frick & Frack. She is fabulous ! Not many new servers are that great , especially at a busy place like this.“
