A diner who ordered takeout encountered a missing item in their order, but the manager quickly resolved the issue by providing a gift card. Another party of three visiting the North Shore location had a less satisfactory experience; one diner ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs, which should have come with fries and coleslaw, but only received Caesar salad. Despite informing the waitstaff about the menu, the diner was given only chips. The manager was not involved in the situation.
