We had an excellent experience at the Kaslo Hotel. Our room was huge, well-appointed, had large windows that we could open for fresh air, was very clean, quiet, and felt like a holiday ‘home.’ One unusual little touch I enjoyed was a comfy hand-made rocking chair with wide, thick leather rungs. Visited from Colorado for a wedding , Stayed at the kaslo hotel for 2 nights . the hotel itself is quaint and in a central location to all amenities in this adorable town. Comfortable rooms with old world charm and history. Staff was able to extremely accommodating and friendly. We frequented the hotels restaurant for 4 of our meals and every plate was delicious. Lovely hotel and setting. However; bathroom door was so squeaky it woke me up, the room needs a second night table and a way of charging a cell phone. There were no instructions on how to remove hot tub cover or use the hot tub settings. When we accidentally pushed the emergency button by the hot tub, an alarm set off but no one came.
