The food was absolutely bland, I was genuinely shocked, no flavor to the curly fries or the chicken strip and the beef and cheddar was just not flavorful at all, I never thought I wouldn't taste a hint a salt a fast food restaurant, my dog wouldn't even eat it ?

I came to Arby's this morning and was happy with the service and kindness that I was given by the manager Nick. As a person with a disability I don't often get people who are nice to me when they take my order generally in fast food places I'm impressed and feel respected coming to Arby's and I will be a future long term

Poor customer service very rude and unprofessional manager Monday, January 9 at 9 PM 2024. They stole $18.20 from me and I would like my money back I visited Kelowna and ordered Arby’s four times in three days and this is how they treat you. I will be contacting Arby’s corporate.

This Arby's seem to be going downhill in quality of food. We generally stop at Arby's when in Kelowna as we don't have an Arby's where we live. Last nights food was a disappointment.

Arby's in Cranbrook British Columbia #1 to go in the Province.Arby's in Kelowna absolutely sucked wind. I went there yesterday ordered a baked potato. It was ice cold, I had asked for extra butter which they gave it and they covered it all up with some sort of gravy whatever, it was the worst baked potato ever had in my life I've never had one that cold before. Wendy's next door have a really nice baked potato they could learn something from here.I had the two for $11 special garlic with the roast beef. It wasn't bad except for the Soggy tomatoes.The Arby's manager needs to go back to school and learn some customer service schooling. Not impressed.

In the last year the quality, value and service has quickly gone downhill. Basic things like stale bread...rotten lettuce not acceptable. When I called they said told me that I had to have a receipt to get a refund, but they didn't give me one, so I told them I was bringing in the food. They were rude and told me to do whatever I like with the food, but not to bring it back. They said without a receipt, they could not determine if my food was actually this way....I gave up on this place.and so should you! I'd rather drive to West Kelowna to that Arby's and know that my money is not wasted.
