This Arby's seem to be going downhill in quality of food. We generally stop at Arby's when in Kelowna as we don't have an Arby's where we live. Last nights food was a disappointment.
This was my first experience with Arby's. I was very impressed with the quality, quantity and price!I had pretty low expectations going in as I thought they would be a gimmick fast food sandwich shop. I was very pleasantly surprised and went back two days in a row on my road trip.For fast food Arby's is now high on my list!

I came to Arby's this morning and was happy with the service and kindness that I was given by the manager Nick. As a person with a disability I don't often get people who are nice to me when they take my order generally in fast food places I'm impressed and feel respected coming to Arby's and I will be a future long term
