I've been going to bluetail for a long time, food and service has usually been good. Last two experiences have been bad. The last order's salmon roll tasted very off and ended up being nauseous immediately after.
Today I ordered take out, 2 miso soups were missing (which they offered me a credit for), Gyoza was cold, dry and honestly tasted like it was cooked AT LEAST the night before, cucumbers in the sunomono salad were yellow, and no soya sauce...

Absolutely amazing. Not sure where to start. Our server was fantastic- attentive and efficient. Menu had a great selection from favorites to fun originals. Taste - perfection. Plating- glorious. Prices - suitable. The experience was so great, that even my mother-in-law couldn't complain - and that's a first.
