What a cute place! My grandson wanted to try boba so I found the nearest place to find bubble tea. The staff were funny and made some great suggestions. I knew that I liked the pearls but I was pretty sure my grandson would have difficulty with the texture. I was totally right and had a good laugh at his reaction. Instead, he and his friend tried the Chocolate Mousse and the Green Melon Mousse, both of which they pronounced “delicious.” I’m stuck with the Brown Sugar Milk pearls…not that I’m complaining. ?

Fantastic matcha (super generous amounts) milk tea! The aloe vera is also a great topping. The barista was super nice and helpful with my drink selection. Would definitely go again!

Insanely poor customer service. Two staff members dealing with a customer out of order. Waited 20 minutes for our 2 bubble teas and they kept getting distracted. Never been so irritated

I was born and raised in Hong Kong and I would say that my impression of Chatime is so-so. We used to have Chatime in HK too but most of their stores closed. I have been to Kelowna Chatime a few times and I would say that the quality of their drinks changes every time I go there (the first visit was terrible, second visit was ok, third visit was pretty good).

Overall, very disappointed! Customer service is un-friendly and drinks are way overpriced. The most disappointing thing for me was the fact that the cashier did not let me get pearls with my milk tea. She simply told me that my drink cannot include pearls (most likely because of a lack of motivation and effort that it takes to add pearls). This mediocre drink tasted perfect for pearls and I was so disappointed that I paid $7 for a drink without pearls!
