Fantastic matcha (super generous amounts) milk tea! The aloe vera is also a great topping. The barista was super nice and helpful with my drink selection. Would definitely go again!
I was born and raised in Hong Kong and I would say that my impression of Chatime is so-so. We used to have Chatime in HK too but most of their stores closed. I have been to Kelowna Chatime a few times and I would say that the quality of their drinks changes every time I go there (the first visit was terrible, second visit was ok, third visit was pretty good).

What a cute place! My grandson wanted to try boba so I found the nearest place to find bubble tea. The staff were funny and made some great suggestions. I knew that I liked the pearls but I was pretty sure my grandson would have difficulty with the texture. I was totally right and had a good laugh at his reaction.
