Rich Tea Bubble Tea is one of my favorite spots in Kelowna! I tried the fish balls, takoyaki, avocado smoothie, and their spicy beef noodles. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The fish balls were tasty, the takoyaki was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the avocado smoothie was rich, creamy, and refreshing.

Rich Tea Kelowna is now my go-to spot for bubble tea, hands down the best I’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I stopped in and both got the slush tea, and it was incredibly refreshing and delicious — if I hadn’t already been full, I would’ve gone back for a second one immediately.

Rich Tea is a cozy restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Their bubble tea selection is incredible, especially the jasmine green tea and oreo milk tea. The bubble waffles are a must-try too. The service is always great, and the interior is pretty and inviting. Great for families with kids as well.
