Great experience at KFC Orchard Park Mall. The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really stood out. The food was served hot and fresh, exactly how it should be. The addition of Taco Bell in the same location is a nice bonus and makes it even more convenient. Definitely a solid spot—highly recommend.“

“I was having a fine evening eating KFC at this location. When I was enjoying my food a individual named Cash Andrews entered the restaurant and began to pick fights with the staff, complaining the food was cold. After the altercation he walked up to me and demanded that I require to hand all my food to him. This was shocking as the staff watched as I was helplessly taking advantage of. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS KFC IF CASH IS IN THE BUILDING.“

“We ordered takeaway on Tuesday and one of the pizzas came with pepperoni instead of black olives. I called the store, and they made it right. We reordered on Friday and the pizzas were perfect

“I've been going to this location for many years. The food is always good, and I have never had a bad experience. About the only negative thing I can say is the parking lot and the entrance to this restaurant is horrible LOL. It's a little better now with the roundabout put in, but it's quite hard to access if you're not familiar with the entrance. I recommend if you're not familiar with the area to get your food and hang a right and go down the hill toward the lake. There are parks right at the bottom of the hill about a kilometer,,where you can stop and enjoy the view at a picnic table and eat your food. Oh yeah there's an off leash park there for your dog as well to have a swim .. I had the big crunch special on Monday. I think it was the $5 Burger deal and it was one of the best I've had. The bun was so soft and the meat was tender yet the crispy coating was perfect . I can't say enough about it.
