“It has been a long time since food has made me smile and feeling happy while eating! This experience deserves a special commendation to the entire kitchen staff and chef. Every item we ordered was delicious with proportionate tastes and the important ingredients are the showcase and not the fillers ( for example- oshi - many restaurant skimp out on the seafood and pack on the rice) but this was the perfect ratio ( we ordered the beef tenderloin oshi) Lasagna had a different kick to it which was a pleasant surprise and the chili oil was a nice added touch. My son raved about the burger and trust me, he is a burger connoisseur, stating that it beat out many restaurants in Vancouver. Oh and the fries! The fries!! Addictive! I had the Bouillabise and wow! Flavors were bursting and not broth was not 'fishy'. Each piece of seafood had its own touch and cooked to its potential and not just a chunk of seafood thrown in the broth. Excellent example was the salmon, the skin was actually seared! And the meat was not dry! Ahi tuna in it was medium rare! And the architecture, art deco design and ambiance added to the entire experience. Thank you for a memorable meal and service! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Kelowna.“
