Food was so bad it made Me sick. Ordered just a a plain masala dosa and vada.the dosa stuffing was too mushy for a potato and spices, overcooked potatoes. The vada was for sure it was leftovers from the night before or later , as it was too tight . A tight vada is either something which is been kept out for way too long or a leftover from days . The food made me sick for the whole day. Though the staff was welcome and the restaurant was clean and tidy.

Dosa Crete Café presents itself quite well inside — it’s clean, inviting, and has a nice setup that makes for a comfortable dining experience. Unfortunately, the surrounding area does take away from the experience a bit, as homelessness in the neighborhood is very visible and can make the location feel less welcoming.
As for the menu, it leans heavily toward the western side of things. While this makes it approachable for many, those expecting more traditional South Indian flavors or authentic dosa options may find the selection limited.
Overall, the café has potential and is nicely presented, but both the location and the menu style may not appeal to everyone.

Very friendly staff who were so accepting of my granddaughter's desire to watch the process of making lassi and dosa. The food was excellent and the prices are so reasonable for the amount of food. We definitely will be back again as it is a favourite restaurant for us.
