The head chef ensures that the spice level is tailored to customers' preferences. The food is good, with unique presentation. However, some issues were experienced during a recent visit to the Surrey Central location. Hot food was served on cold metal trays, and dishes were presented one at a time without checking who ordered what. The servers seemed uninterested in the party's experience and failed to apologize when concerns were raised. Despite these issues, the food's flavor and freshness were excellent.
