She explained to me because they used a fresh chicken to make soup, actually i found down it was a mix chicken pounder with a lot msg & hot water…I felt like I got ripped off. And also, servers were so rude, to be honest I would never go back again.

Really great place with some really great pho. Broth is rich and flavourful and the portions are perfect. I always get the rare beef pho and the meat is so tender and soft, literally melts in your mouth. Recommend adding some hoisin sauce and hot sauce to add to the flavour! Service is straightforward but nothing to rave about but their food absolutely makes up for it!
The food is excellent—probably the best Vietnamese cuisine in Kelowna . The place is charming and welcoming. However, I found the service to be somewhat lacking. While the servers weren’t unfriendly, a smile and a bit of interaction would have made the experience more pleasant. That said, I’ll definitely be coming back.
