The food was outstanding! The presentation was fabulous, the OC Students do an outstanding job !

Great food and service from the wait staff, chef and culinary students. 5/5 would go again. Be sure to make a reservation.

This was not a good evening. Despite letting the restaurant know of food intolerances, as requested, 48 hours in advance, we quickly learned that because so many of the items were, partially, pre-prepared, the number of items for gluten free diners was extremely limited. As well, we were told that virtually all of the items would already have onion and garlic included and it was necessary for "taste." As someone who has been cooking for close to 70 years, I found this an odd statement and, as my wife mentioned, this was hardly a good learning experience for students who would, doubtless, encounter similar food intolerances when they were working in a restaurant. We decided that ordering the salmon was the only recourse left to us but were told, for a 6:30 dinner reservation, that all of the salmon was gone for the evening. At this point, we decided that simply departing was our best bet and I requested that the hostess pour our glasses of wine back in the bottle and bring me the corkage fee. She graciously declined my offer to pay and we left. This evening was meant to be a celebration of sorts and my expressing my gratitude to my wife for the care she had given me during my recovery from surgery. Obviously, it did not work out well for us and, if the restaurant knew that they would be unable to accommodate us, they should have informed us of that.

Great evening. Tried beef cheeks for the first time...so tender and flavourful. My husband tried arancini and it was delicious. We were late for our reservation due to heavy traffic but it was not an issue. Good way to start the night.

A lovely experience, we will be back again. Of note they bend over backwards to accommodate celiacs.

Food was excellent, salmon and beet were both perfectly cooked. Presentation was very nice. The restaurant was not busy the night we went, so it was very easy to have conversation. We all agreed we will definitely return and will recommend Infusions to our friends.

What an amazing experience. This place hands down is the most underrated place in the Okanagan Valley. A hidden gem all day long ! Thank you all for an unforgettable experience!

The food was very delicious, my parents were very happy with the food options. There were a lot of different desserts to pick from and all of the were amazing. Flavour literally exploded in your mouth, very highly recommend

It's our favourite spot to eat. Quiet, cute, amazing food, and you are supporting the next generation of chefs. Prefer infusions to any high end restaurant in the Okanagan.

Outstanding presentation. Our dinners were delicious, using local products. Highly recommend dining here. The chef and culinary students personalized our dining experience.

Always a wonderful experience! Menu selection is a little larger than in the past...offers something for everyone. Zuzanna is an excellent hostess! And the student chefs were delightful!

An excellent discovery!! We will be back in a month with the new menu and rotating Chef. We found Zuzana to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. And perceptive and attentive. The food was very well prepared with enjoyable flavours and attractive presentation. Prices were very reasonable and the size of entrees and the desert were very acceptable. We will be letting all our friends know about this wonderful place!

Everything was amazing! We were greeted and seated snd so well taken care of. The food was not only artistic but delicious. Their seafood chowder tastes like it came straight from The Lord Nelson in Halifax! Their lamb shank was amazing. The salmon flaked and melted in your mouth. Cannot say enough great things about the food! Desserts were equally delicious! And we could bring our own wine , to boot! Very minimal corkage fee.
