Service was terrible. Got the pizzas completely wrong and needed to be reminded about parts of the order. Also, the person taking the order just walked away in the middle of me trying to make the order without saying a word. Terrible experience all around.

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had from a Little Ceasars. Dough tasted like play dough, no sauce, crust stale. Toppings just fell off the pizza because there was no cheese. Waste of money.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The manager at this location is unbelievably rude! I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to speak with them, even though there were only two customers in the store, including myself. When they finally came to talk, they acted like my concerns were a nuisance. No apology, no effort to help—just pure attitude. It’s obvious why this place has such a low rating. If the manager can’t treat customers with respect, the rest of the experience doesn’t stand a chance. Save your time and money—go somewhere else. (Or goo the other one little Ceasar at 400 Kelowna-Rock Creek Highway, Hwy 33, Kelowna, BC V1X 1Y1) !! It's always fresh !
