Came here to celebrate my graduation with my parents and it was a great experience. Absolutely delicious, authentic food and wonderful, homey atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

We have been going here for over 20 years, we havent gone in the last year as we moved to vernon- we came back this evening to apparently new owners. We had 6 people in our group- all ordering drinks, appies and food. The service was ABSOLUTE garbage. So ignorant, slamming drinks on the table, didnt ask if we wanted any refills ever, never once asked how our food was, forgot one of our friends meals. It was absolutely awful. -12/10 experience which is so unbelievably disappointing for what was once an iconic restaurant in Kelowna. Our bill was $350 and we will NEVER be going back, and telling everyone we know.

This place is not authentic! A true authentic high priced Italian restaurant should be embarrassed to offer a shaker for parmesan. That's a joke. And this joint set a record of 2. 5 hours from the time I ordered a drink till the time I had to chase down my sever to pay my bill. Maybe they were understaffed or under trained but 2.5 hours? Food wise,,, for a 40 dollar plate I expect more flavour. Table of 6 not one was happy with the food or service. The 20% automatically applied gratuities was a kick in the teeth for a painful 2.5 hour meal that should have been 60 minutes. Nobody got a drink or anything after 45 minutes, the rest was sitting waiting for a bill, nobody came around to check on us. Glad you got out 500 bucks because it'll be the last dollar you get from me. Only went because of the other reviews but honestly it was not good in any aspect.

Sophia served us tonight and she was so amazing. Very attentive, sweet and had good recommendations. We tried the burrito prosciutto based on her recommendation and it was wonderful! Definitely a gem of an employee you have there, we'll be back for sure!

Supremely delicious meal! Had the vegetarian cannelloni with the rosé sauce- super tasty and incredibly generous portion! Everyone else also really enjoyed their dishes. I also got the skor cheesecake- very tasty and could easily feed two people! The tiramisu was also a real hit. My family comes here whenever we visit Kelowna and always appreciate the delicious food and consistently high quality!
