I had the pleasure of visiting Matadora whilst visiting Victoria just before the new year and had an exceptional experience. The food was authentic, of high quality and brilliantly presented, the service was very friendly and displayed a depth of knowledge about the items on the menu rarely found in other establishments. This is a must visit for locals and visitors alike. Thanks to the team for such a great experience!
We had a nice evening and found the proprietor, Vanessa, very attentive and obviously devoted to her craft. The food was excellent and the washrooms spotless. Wine recommendations were spot on. Our young waiter was obviously new and we all start somewhere. Overall a great experience and I certainly plan to be back.
