I was walking on a winter day in victoria when I found Fan Tan Café. I loved the warmth of the restaurant! I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp after the suggestion of the server, a nice spanish lady who kindly resolved all of my questions. It was definitely the best option, a delicious and generous plate came to my table and the Jasmine tea with the fortune cookie at the end made my experience even better. Great service. Some of the food was not awesome. Specifically, the Spicy Chicken Rolls were soggy with grease. The ginger beef was great, along with the red curry dish. The soups looked great, but we didn't try them. Maybe next time.

Rick arranged a delicious feast for 25 ladies. The tables were set up upon our arrival, and the food was plentiful and delicious. It is an adorable little café, and I recommend everyone to go try it.
