Got the Memphis platter, could tell the meats were from day prior, dried out.. good spot if you like left overs
Just updating my prior experience with Memphis Blues : a lot of dedicated barbecue/smoke places have opened up, and you can get it made at home locally, while many other eateries are adopting elements that are easy to produce, e.g. pulled pork, and some even brisket as a non-feature item.
