I ordered their 2* bowl with spicy chicken for extra $ as topping through Uber eats as pickup. I was pretty patient, gave them more than enough time to make. When I reached there, I double checked with her if she has put cutlery in there and she said Yes confidently. I grabbed drinks and food and came out. When I opened my bag there was No cutlery, No napkins, in fact No chicken at all( which I paid for). I called store and told her there’s no cutlery, she said Sorry! I thought you asked me about napkins at counter. Fun part is there wasn’t even napkin in that bag. Such a horrible experience . Very careless staff guys. Do better!
