I recently visited this Quesada location and, unfortunately, had a really disappointing experience. Right from the start, the two staff members working that day were quite unfriendly and barely spoke any English, which made communication about our order really challenging. My main issue is that they didn't show any interest in being polite or providing basic customer service. They put our burritos together carelessly, didn't ask about sauces or preferences, and overall seemed grumpy and uninterested in helping customers feel welcome.
To be clear, my frustration is solely about the level of service. It’s important for any business, regardless of who’s working, to make sure customers feel respected and heard. I hope management can address these service issues so that everyone feels comfortable dining here.
