It's gone down hill. Quality/ service is worse, and they raised prices. Onion rings are still good as ever though.

I go to this restaurant in kelowna regreally.Unfortunately , over the past few years , i've noticed that it's very dirty the bathroom is disgusting, the table was not cleaned and there is food on the floors.

Our experience at Red Robin in Kelowna has been phenomenal! This location consistently delivers the best service of any restaurant in town. One thing we really appreciate is that they don’t force their staff to wear inappropriate or uncomfortable clothing, which speaks volumes about the values and culture here.

We’ve had the pleasure of being served by Taylor, who was an absolute delight—friendly, attentive, and professional. On our most recent visit, Tara took care of us, and she was personable, engaging, and truly amazing. Kayla was also spectacular!You can tell the staff here genuinely enjoy what they do, and that makes all the difference.

Extremely loud dining room. The server was trying but the service was extremely slow and the food was pretty terrible.

Our family attended this Red Robin’s and received one of the best services ever. Our sever, Patrick was amazing. His charisma, timeliness and attitude was refreshing despite us coming in before closing. This server went above and beyond our expectations. Not to mention a bonus, his amazing sense of humour which made our dinner better.

Great job Patrick and the rest of the amazing staff at Red Robins Kelowna, keep up the great work!

Update : may 2025 .. yikes not sure what happened but the service went down hill. Hopefully just a bad day too over 30 min to even get our drinks .. Had dinner here and the entire staff from greeter to server to leaving were absolutely fantastic! Everyone seemed to really be happy and efficient/worked as a team ! Very impressed !!

Honestly, while I love the food here, I don't know that I can keep coming back. This last visit we tried to beat the dinner rush on a weekend. While we succeeded in that, 2/3rds of the dining room was empty and the other third was crammed full with too many tables. The echo-y nature of the restaurant really doesn't help with that. We could barely hear ourselves speak. There were several birthday parties all crammed in too. The servers were kept hopping, and as a result service was slow and lackluster. None of them seemed to want to be there, which is fair because we didn't really want to be there either!

Front of house is always nice. Food selection is large. And the bottomless sides make the trip worth the price of admission. Family friendly.
