Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We were very excited to visit Red Robin, especially since the Alberta locations have closed. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

One member of our group was served a burger that was raw, while another received the wrong meal and didn’t receive the correct order until long after the rest of us had finished eating.

Throughout our visit, we asked multiple times for drink refills, but they never arrived. Before we left, our waitress also asked everyone at the table to hand her all of our dirty dishes, which felt inappropriate given the level of service we had received.

What was most disappointing, however, was the manager’s response. Rather than addressing our concerns with empathy and professionalism, they were dismissive and rude when we raised the issues with the incorrect and undercooked food.

We came in looking forward to a great meal and a nostalgic experience, but instead left very disappointed. Not sure anything will even be done as I see this has happened to many.
