It is located in the Safeway chain, not that attractive as it shown at the pictures anymore. But food and coffee still good. Anyway, this particular Starbucks location uses old mini-ATMs so newcomers, the holders of RBC temporary cards, can’t cash out money during weekends and bank’s not working hours. And can’t pay online and can’t pay with a physical card or Apple Pay. I find this situation humiliating, when I have money but I can’t use it because I don’t have access to it. And had to stay hungry waiting for the next day to go to the bank’s branch department. Today, submitted a call to bank support line and Apple Pay team, left a couple of reviews with suggestions to edit. For Google Maps teams.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy walk in and out lines from the store.

Your Starbucks in Safeway on 697 Barnard - Safeway fast food area has NOT had any Napkins in at least 6+ months. When I ask for a napkin they advise they are out and to go get one from Starbucks, many employees have said that to me. First, I don't steal! I'm not buying anything from Starbucks, I purchased fast food from Safeway. I walked over to Starbucks and asked if I could take a napkin. Yeah, take one. How many thousands of dollars is Starbucks loosing because of this and how will that bottom line affect my costs the next time I purchase something from Starbucks. I have written Safeway about it but it's been months and still they say go to Starbucks for a napkin because they don't have any.

We walked for 20 minutes under the hot sun, to go to Starbucks to enjoy a cold drink but when we got there , there were a hand written note on the window saying Due to staff shortages , we closed at 12:30 pm . Amazing!

This ISN'T anything more than a Starbucks coffee stand inside a Safeway. On a holiday Monday, absolutely no food - just coffee etc. There IS a full Starbucks just a couple blocks away on Harvey Avenue, very nice one.

So delicious

The drinks and service are good. It's just so expensive for such a small drink. This is a "tall" in the photo
since the regular Trained staff has all left , the new under trained staff is terrible. They can't seem make the specialty coffees right and my decaf moka frappacino tastes different every time they make it.

Good coffee

You can get a good cup of coffee here, the place is usually fairly busy but moves along pretty quick, they have specialty coffees and a bite to eat as well, it's a win win stop for me

Even though there was a line to the door, the service was quite quick! The baristas were friendly and made my order correct. Nice location with a little outdoor dining space too!

A local legend. The Barristas at this Starbucks are top notch, there are many regulars of this little well loved hide-away inside Safeway, and it's because of them. What it lacks in environmental ambience it more than makes up for in service and well made Starbucks 'style' coffee. Yum-yum gimme some (with whipped cream please!).
