It is located in the Safeway chain, not that attractive as it shown at the pictures anymore. But food and coffee still good. Anyway, this particular Starbucks location uses old mini-ATMs so newcomers, the holders of RBC temporary cards, can’t cash out money during weekends and bank’s not working hours. Your Starbucks in Safeway on 697 Barnard - Safeway fast food area has NOT had any Napkins in at least 6+ months. When I ask for a napkin they advise they are out and to go get one from Starbucks, many employees have said that to me. First, I don't steal! I'm not buying anything from Starbucks, I purchased fast food from Safeway. I walked over to Starbucks and asked if I could take a napkin. Yeah, take one. You can get a good cup of coffee here, the place is usually fairly busy but moves along pretty quick, they have specialty coffees and a bite to eat as well, it's a win win stop for me
