My experience with this subway outlet was neither too bad nor too good.The service was quite average so was the foodBut the ambience was not at all cosy especially at night.

I went to this location at 8:05pm, their google hours, posted hours on their website and door say they close at 9pm. They lady inside watched as I tried the door and then proceeded to make an “X” with her arms and mouthed they’re closed. I called the store and asked why they’re closed if they’re open for another 55 minutes.. She told me they close at 9, I said they should update their hours then since it’s posted EVERYWHERE that they close at 9. She proceeded to raise her voice with attitude, telling me they close at 8 and hung up the phone. I have no and will not go back here, it’s on my route home from work so now I have to go out of my way if i’m picking up subway for dinner.

Came in yesterday and the food was good, as Subway always is. However when I ordered my drink I was handed a cup with a black flake in it. I noticed it right before filling it up, so I brought it over to the counter and asked for a new one. The girl at the counter grabbed it, looked at it, said "that's just lettuce" and then reached into the cup, no glove on hand, removes the 'lettuce' from the cup and hands it back to me. Absolutely disgusting. On top of this the fountain pop tasted watered down and pretty bad as well.I'm having a hard time not giving it a 1 star for this, but the sandwich itself was good and the atmosphere was nice.

The location on Springfield by ICBC was not knowledgeable or careful regarding gluten free options. They said they don’t have gluten free meat, just buns. I asked if they put the buns on the top rack in the toaster and she said it’s only one rack.Determined to keep trying, I looked online and named the meats they listed online. She rolled her eyes at me and said “fine fine”.She used CC’d gloves and knife to open the first bun (that was in tact but needed to be cut). When I asked if the knife was clean she threw out the bun.Then she got a new bun that fell apart as soon as she tried to open it. She told me they were all falling apart and she wasn’t wasting another bun.I left without a sandwich. I will try for gluten free options at Subway another day, but not that location.

One of the best Subways in Kelowna. My go to when I am in town. Pleasant people and good food plus the are not chintzy on the cheese. I had the chicken salad with ranch dressing.
I asked very politely for more olives 3 times before the sandwich artist refused to add more (still wasn't enough for my liking) I offered to pay extra, nope "that's not an option, it's only supposed to come with 4 olives" "ok well enjoy that half made sandwich then" and I walked out! Who wins here? To avoid the 10 cents more of olives you get to throw away a half made sandwich ?

Get coupons in the mail yesterday so hubby and I decided let’s go to subway…we order and when we present our coupon we’re told we’ve already used our coupon so we can’t use it. Ummm how so? We just tore it off the little booklet from the mail! We try to explain this but they said no you’ve used it we can’t use it again. So we left without our sandwiches.

Gross. The cheese was slimey and mush. Same with the veggies. Definitely not being properly cooled. Not to mention the staff were horrible. Rude, short, and super unfriendly. Rushing us as fast as possible, even though we're the only ones in the store. Denying my request for crunchy onions on my sub....cause it wasn't the right sub? What? And the store is disgusting and dirty. DONT GO HERE!!
