The food is what you would expect but the service is awful. They hate is you want something done a little differently and never listen. I wish there was another subway closer to work since I would stop going there

Came in yesterday and the food was good, as Subway always is. However when I ordered my drink I was handed a cup with a black flake in it. I noticed it right before filling it up, so I brought it over to the counter and asked for a new one. The girl at the counter grabbed it, looked at it, said "that's just lettuce" and then reached into the cup, no glove on hand, removes the 'lettuce' from the cup and hands it back to me.
