It is with tears in my eyes that I write this review, as today Taco Time Dilworth will be selling its last taco. This restaurant has been nothing but exceptional for as long as I've come here (over 10 years). I have gotten to know a voice in the drive thru, that whenever I hear it (which is more often than not) I smile as I know for certain my order is going to be made perfectly. Just went through the drive through having a bum day and Walt, the best taco time employee we’ve ever come across, made our day so much better! Walt goes above and beyond to build a connection with the customers and truly makes a difference in the company! We will be returning purely because of the amazing service Walt provides! Love this place! Huge line up today but moved people through very quickly. Also a friendly employee came out and delivered complimentary chips and hot sauce to each vehicle as we waited. Definitely impressed by the small things and this was a nice touch! Also mistakenly ordered a discontinued item and they politely let me know, but still made it for me with no complaints! Thank you! So glad that coffee chain didn't oust them!! This is a treasured Kelowna landmark.
