Ate at the Kelowna one and the food and servers were awesome! Will be back.
Orders always wrong, incomplete, or cold… dropped the deep fried lasagna bites, Wong’s dry and small, dry garlic pork ribs more like jerky or shoe leather… waiting half hour to be served when with kids, then another hour for food, in the midafternoon… booths and tables loose and falling at the slightest movement, no salt pepper or ketchup on tables, and staff too busy flirting with each other or with bar side staff to care about tables around the place… having a huge...read full review

The Canadian Brewhouse & Grill in Kelowna offers a lively atmosphere, especially during sports events, with a high noise level during major games. The service is generally terrific and quick, with knowledgeable staff who make great suggestions, though some reviews mention the waitstaff can be slow to notice customers at times. The Prime Rib night features well-cooked meat, but some customers noted the portions had excess fat and sides could be inconsistently heated. The wings remain a highlight, with many customers praising their grilled, juicy, and flavorful quality—better than those at other locations. Other dishes like the club sandwich and chicken wrap have received mixed reviews. The bar provides a good selection of beers. With a TV for every table and a hockey buzzer for every goal, the atmosphere is upbeat and engaging. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms has faced criticism and needs attention. An outdoor patio is available, but noise can be an issue, especially if seated near loud areas like the golf simulator, which some found very disturbing. It is recommended to visit during less busy hours for a better overall experience. The staff is praised for accommodating large groups and making customers feel special, with a particular mention of an outstanding server. The lively environment and the presence of a TV and hockey buzzer keep the atmosphere fun, though the noise level can make it hard to hear conversations or the game at times.
