We visited today for lunch and had great service! We were seated right away and we promptly ordered drinks and received fresh warm bread. We all had the steak sandwich and when one of them wasn’t cooked to our liking they took it back to make it right. When we received the new steak it still wasn’t cooked right, the server Bryan checked in and noticed it immediately and told us he’d take it off our bill as the rest of us were done eating, he offered us a free dessert and when we declined he surprised us with $25 off our next visit. Thank you so much for the great service! We will be back!

Absolutely love going here. We had the best Chicken Alfredo with Mushrooms and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli. It was so delicious! The waitress was very upbeat and friendly to talk to. The manager was very nice and said thanks for coming, and waved goodbye to us. I can't wait to return to try another item off the menu.
We enjoyed this place. We were served with bread when we arrived, which the kids inhaled in minutes. We had ceasar salad and French Onion soup to start. The 4 stars are because the salt in both starters was a little high but still edible. The spaghetti and meatballs (BEEF) were amazing and filling. Would definitely

We took our staff to the Old Spaghetti Factory for our Christmas Dinner and from start to finish the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Above and Beyond!I ordered 2 take-out entrees (through SKIP) and, let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed when my seafood fettuccine alfredo arrived without any seafood. It was literally just noodles. I called the restaurant and spoke with the lovely Maddie, who was very apologetic and asked if I'd hold for the manager. She came back to say he was busy with another customer and asked if she could take my info for a call back, which I received within 5 minutes. Stuart, the manager, was also extremely apologetic and said if he had a delivery driver on he'd get another meal out to me, though I assured him that wasn't necessary, I thought it was just important they be aware of the error. He was very kind and said he'd send out a gift card for me immediately, that could be used for dine in or take out, and would cover my entire order! He also offered to contact SKIP to get me a refund of the entree, which I told him I already had.Stuart and Maddie were awesome to deal with and very quick to apologize and offer a solution - they really have what customer service should be, nailed down! For that, alone, I would recommend the Old Spaghetti Factory Kelowna.Sidenote: our other entree was the Chicken Alfredo Ravioli and it was delicious!

Probably the best place to go and eat in Kelowna. The service is always good the price is great value for your $$. We go there fairly regularly and it’s always good. I like the fact that it’s all included you get bread which is always nice and warm, you get soup or salad, your meal coffee or tea and ice cream for dessert. 5 stars for sure.

When you have those basics in place, that's what make a restaurant great, and that's how they stay in business so long.
