We arrived late in evening to the restaurant and we were really surprised with the great service. We were a large group of 12 people, without reservation and they quickly set us a table. Janelle, our server was quick, fast, sympathetic and knew exactly what everyone had ordered. It was an amazing experience!!!
Excellent service. I've gone to many OSF and this has by far the best service of them all. Well done, Kelowna! Food was also great.
Arrived mid afternoon and a lot of seating was available. Server took.beverage and food order at the same time. Soup arrived before the beverage. Entrees arrived shortly after soup arrived.
