Just had the Breakfast Sandwich with Sausage as nationally advertised for $3 and bought a small black coffee to sip on. Nice hot coffee. The sandwich was great. Toasty warm and fresh. Very nice people.

Always consistent with their products, coffee always tastes the same, food is generally made perfectly, only negative is the homeless people camping out front of the building on a daily basis and bothering customers

...bad customer service and a very arrogant attitude on the part of the workers, it seems that they don't like their job and they are there showing little sensitivity to the customer, plus when you order some bread with a certain flavor they often serve you what they want imagine what you need!!! I think they don't have that many tips!!
