When they get order right they’re good, but 2 of 5 orders always messed up. They repeat it back to correctly then you get to window and its wrong. Then they just shake the receipt at you like that answers all the questions.
I get it, its fast food, it is what is, but the service issues starting to out weigh the convenience.

Absolutely loved my experience at this Tim Hortons branch! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or working. The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. Everything from the presentation to the service exceeded my expectations. Definitely my new favorite spot for coffee!

This location consistently provides excellent customer service. In particular, the morning drive-thru lady always greets customers with a warm smile and demonstrates outstanding service skills. The teamwork displayed by the staff is commendable, and the quality of the coffee continues to improve.
