Terrible staff...argumentative and unhelpful. I won't be back. I've tried to contact the manager several times but the staff won't put me through to speak to him or tell me when he's in. It's all about sticking it to the customer at this location. Very sad customer service!!

Food quality and portions have gone down over the past few years. The side of gravy is not worth the price and is less than half the sized container it once was. It's about the size of a nugget sauce pack. Fry box was only half-full and soggy. I was disappointed because DQ was our regular go-to place for fast food. Won't be rushing back there anytime soon.

I like this location but... no staff basically. They need staff really bad. The wait times are crazy sometimes. Saw a lady crying in the drive thru recently because she was wedged in the line which was taking so long she wanted out and couldn't leave. I usually go in, it's faster.I say all this, go today and get a burger. It's just dumped into the box :/ covered in sauce, nothing on the bun.

Food’s definitely hit and miss sometimes. But it depends what time you are going in to eat. Professional and friendly staff and sometimes a clean environment. Classic fast food joint.

Went through drive thru our burgers were cold. The patties looked over cooked and rubbery. Looked like day old patties. So tired of paying for orders that are wrong, missing items, cold food, burgers packed with way too much lettuce, cold fries , no one answered the phone when trying to make a complaint. Pretty disgusting and disappointing unfortunately we won't be returning . The dog who loves burgers wouldn't eat the pattie that we had gotten for him. So what's that tell you.
The customer service was above and beyond! The fries were hot and the food was good. Rarely have I had such amazing customer service.

I stopped by today for a couple double cheeseburgers and a blizzard. The burgers were great but this is the first time I ever stopped here for a blizzard. It’s was awful. Sloppy, soupy and unacceptable. Then the employee (who was a very nice fella) informs me that this location doesn’t participate in the blizzard upside down promotion. I wasn’t looking for a free blizzard, I was looking for one that wasn’t sliding out of the cup immediately. When franchisees don’t want to participate with something that improves quality BEWARE!! Just do better.

Extremely weird vibe and experience at this dairy queen, absolutely worse 1 I've ever been to. Older women w/short grey hair that worked there wouldn't stop staring at us and glaring when we were sitting there (my 2 daughters, my mom and myself). I guess she didn't like how noisy my 3 year old was (just happy noises like laughing and happy shrieks). The worker told my mom like 10 times where the garbage was, like she was too stupid to understand the 1st time.Had the feeling we were gonna kicked out just because my tiddler was just being happy and a little loud.
