Service is lazy as a kitchen worker this never looks good for the business i asked for 2 boneless boxes i get all bones & they even confirmed it then when i tried to call to say i was on my way back i was sent to voicemail

Attended the Ladysmith location of KFC this evening at 7:15. When I pulled into the drive through lane, I immediately noticed 4 staff members sitting and socializing at the back of the building. I placed my order. I wanted a three piece dinner, fries, gravy, corn and a small drink. I was told that there was only dark meat available. I told the employee that that wasn’t acceptable and canceled my order. I started pulling away and the employee said they have white meet now. I then had to repeat the order three times. Pulled up to the window and there was only one person actually working. He said’ “That’ll be $20.68”. I had the male repeat the order and he confirmed it was $20.68. I again cancelled my order and left. I suspect that fast food outlets will be going by the wayside. They have priced themselves out of the market. The level of service is dismal as is the food quality.

Painful experience, placed online order for bucket for my son and his friends, they 'were' thrilled for BC day to have food for festival, was told to pu at 7, arrived on time, was told they ran out of chicken, refused to refund money, out $100, no chicken, spent 30 minutes on phone hold and hung up on. Very painful experience. You would need to pay me to go there now.

Omg do NOT go here. Freezing cold.food and when brought back in, they said if I want it fresh it takes 7 min. Ummmm ok I think everyone wants it fresh. Then they rolled their eyes and literally no apology, spoke in their language laughing. Then got my order wrong. Never again.
