We got KFC today my husband loves to get it once in a while because he works in lady smith I have been calling and funny thing no one is answering the phone u can’t run a business if u don’t answer the phone so my point is he got 4 pieces ALL 4 r not cooked u can see the raw in the chix so disappointed 😡, and no one is answering my call so that’s y I am posting it

If there was a zero star, I would use it. Ordered online with pickup time of 5:08pm. I showed up at 5:40pm and they told me that my order will be ready at 6:00pm. And they cannot cancel my order because I ordered online. Huh?

I was there just 10 minutes ago, there was a person at cash counter I gave him my order and he said a girl is coming to get my order. I waited there 10 minutes to somebody come but no-one showed up. Girl was there, she was totally ignored me and keep prepping her stuff. Worst customer service ever.

Tuesday, 22July. Ladysmith, BC, Canada. 12:45 pm. I haven’t been to a kfc for several years. I looked forward to a kfc lunch. I used the drive through service. Long wait and less than friendly greeting. No $ total, just, “drive through”. I suspect that there was one employee in the service area. Great sandwich, albeit spicy when I had ordered regular. Warm diet Coca-Cola. Ok fries, just too salty. No eye contact, no smile, a quick thank you. Also no napkins. If this employee was alone I understand some of the issues. If not, perhaps it’s time for her to be encouraged and appreciated.

2 weeks ago, my son and I stopped in to get some food. The parking lot around them was full. We were told to pull forward into a parking space and they would bring out our food with spaces being full in the front. I parked in the back 20 to 30 minutes later. I finally went in and asked about my food. And which was sitting down somewhere on the side of the counter, and they kinda laughed at me and said, I couldn't find you. If you tell somebody to go park you think you would go and check the back of the parking lot.How many people are going to pay for food and drive off without it.

New management, and food is now excellent. KFC is back!

Edit: yesterday the fries were missing from our order, so reduced to 4 stars. Food still excellent. Next time I'll carefully check inside the box to make sure it's all there.

Also, a tip: use the KFC app to get the best deals. Much cheaper than doordash.

After hearing things had improved at this restaurant, we looked forward to once again enjoying the plump juicy chicken the KFC has been known for. Arriving at 2 pm we were told there would be a 20-25 minute wait for the chicken to be ready. With no chicken available, we witnessed two cars leaving through the drive-thru with nothing, and within a few minutes a couple and a single person came in looking for chicken, with zero satisfaction. Pop was available, and some french fries with sad poutine cheese on top. We finally wearied of waiting and left empty-handed. We won't be back again, and we're locals.

I put an order in over 30 minutes ago, and now being told it will be another 10 til my meal is ready, why drop a customer essentially and make them wait longer, I had people waiting for me and I'm now running really late for a gathering. Thanks for not being in order of customer's.

$17, after waiting 12 min for 3 of the smallest , non crispy , pretty much limp, hot honey chicken tenders ! Worst Chicken Ever ! And to not give people a napkin in drive thru is insane!! I’m eating honey!!?! So cheap ! Will never be back to this location! Do Better! Times are tough, we want VALUE for our money !!
