Fries came out not tasting so fresh asked for new ones. Super friendly staff. They also offer table delivery. Would recommend dinning in.

Good place to buy junk food. Probably not so good for you but My experience at this McDonald the orders have been mixed up numerous times, so check your orders before you leave the parking lot
Waited 30 minutes for food and had several people get their orders before mine despite the fact I had ordered before them. Once I finally worked up the courage to inquire about my order I was told that they ‘had it sitting out and forgot about it’ and was then finally given my meal and nothing more.
I think the right thing to do in this situation is to apologize and offer compensation but alas. Terrible service and time management, I do not recommend going in.

I don't normally write reviews for somewhere like McDonald's, but I've experienced something unique at this particular location.
On two occasions, I've submitted my order via the mobile app, where it asks if you want to pay 25 cents extra for a bag. Since I was dining in, I said no (on a side note, I'm not sure why it even asks in this scenario). When my order was ready, they handed me the burger box, fry box, and drink cup with some napkins. Not on a tray, just handed over a stack of the items. I've done the same process at other locations and have always gotten my order on a tray. I was able to spread out some napkins on the uncleaned table to prevent my food from touching it, but it's extremely unusual to not give dine-in customers a tray, especially when there's a stack of them right there behind the counter. I have to assume that the staff simply doesn't want to have to clean the trays, so they don't give them out.
Also, while the fries were warm, they had a bit of a stale texture like they had been sitting around for a long time. Given that this was noon and they were fairly busy, there should have been plenty of turnover on the fries, so it's like they made a ton earlier and saved them for later.
Nobody has high expectations for a McDonald's location, but this one seems to go out of their way to degrade their service.

This McDonald's is one of the better locations in the area. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and if there’s ever a mistake with your order, they’re quick to fix it without any hassle.
The drive-thru moves efficiently, and ordering inside is just as smooth. The dining area is generally clean and well-maintained. It’s a reliable stop when you want your order done right and fast.

İ have repeated 2 times that my coffee needs to be added splenda because İ am diabetic.. Result adding 2 sugar.. is it that difficult to add splenda!!!
