The food was good the service was, horrible we order a gravy and it was peanut butter water drowned. The person working at the front was named holden. Now Holden was nice I made him a drawing and he took it. Now , I made him slime and he threw it out. He was laughing at me and my friend quinci all because we wanted a refund. And then a random guy barked at me. His friend tried to trip me. I did it back. Then at the end me and quinci we got told our food is not a toy. Huge shoutout to Holden for dealing with quinci (and me). Also we ordered some food and I did not come and i have mad 😡.

After a long day of work, I just wanted to treat myself to a simple ice cream cone through the drive-thru. The staff told me to “wait a moment,” but then never came back. The cars behind me also had no idea what was going on. Meanwhile, the other drive-thru lane served three cars that arrived 5 min after me and even started taking orders for a fourth car before I finally gave up.
I drove up to the window to tell them that they completely forgot about us, and the employee just said “sorry, we forgot.” I ended up leaving without ordering anything, and it really ruined my evening. I hope the management can provide better training for their staff so this doesn’t happen again.
