We like the pizza but the online ordering system totally sucks. It has been bad for years and we don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed. It is slow, freezes and then you don’t know where you are in the process so then it’s 30 minutes on the phone waiting for customer service. It is way too much trouble for pizza.
My last order was done quickly and with a friendly service. The owner was kind enough to offer near by businesses some pizza when they had extra. Since I work near, I was lucky to be a recipient.

Ordered a NY Deli pizza on thin crust at the counter. It was ready to go within 10 minutes. Super hot right out of the oven. I had to wait until I had reached Nanaimo to enjoy a couple slices (too hot)! Customer service was excellent! Easy parking right out in front of the store.
