It was my friend and I's first visit to Block One to celebrate my birthday luncheon. Sandy served us and she was so delightful with great suggestions on share plates. From the appy, to the Korean bread and wagout dish, salad and desert; it was all so decadent!! I will definitely return. 💕
Our waitress was absolutely lovely. Munderella (I believe she said). The squid was a complete waste of money (squid was hiding). The tomato salad was very good. Interesting combinations. My friends martini was really good as well as my Apreol Spritz. Nice to see they had a good quality cider. Lovely bottle of Pinot Noir. Duck wings were excellent. Cornbread lovely. Overall a lovely evening. We did feel it was overpriced though.
Krystle was our server and was 10/10. Definitely recommend her if you come by. We had the truffle fries and charcuterie board and they were both delicious with their Resiling. Amazing service, food and views. You can't go wrong visiting 50th Parallel!
